Product introduction

Qorvo® QPF4617 is a nonlinear integrated front-end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 6e (802.11ax) systems. It is designed to work with DPD correction. The small size and integrated matching minimize the layout area in the application. Performance focuses on optimizing PA efficiency for 5V supply voltages to minimize power consumption so that the system uses digital predistortion to achieve the highest linear output power and front throughput of the RF chain.

The QPF4617 provides a coupler with an RF output and a wide range, constant-slope voltage-logarithmic power detector for application feedback. It integrates a 6 GHz power amplifier (PA), a single-pole double-throw switch (SP2T), and a bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device.
