Product Description

The LM25122-Q1 wide input voltage, synchronous boost controller is a synchronous boost controller with multi-phase support for high efficiency synchronous boost regulator applications. The control method is based on peak current mode control. Current mode control provides internal line feedforward, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and simplified loop compensation. The switching frequency can be set up to 600 kHz, and higher efficiency is achieved by two robust N-channel MOSFET gate drivers that support adaptive dead-time control. A user-selectable diode emulation mode also enables intermittent mode operation for improved efficiency at light loads.
