Overview:

The LMR33620AP-Q1 regulator is an automotive standard, easy-to-use synchronous buck DC/DC converter that delivers superior efficiency for demanding applications. The LMR33620AP-Q1 is capable of driving load currents up to 2A using input voltages up to 36V. The LMR33620AP-Q1 provides excellent light load efficiency and output accuracy in a small solution size. Features such as power supply health status markers and precision enable terminals enable flexible yet easy-to-use solutions for a wide range of applications.

The LMR33620AP-Q1 automatically rewinds frequencies under light load conditions for increased efficiency. This device eliminates most of the external components through integrated technology and provides a pin arrangement designed for simple PCB layouts. Protection features include thermal shutdown, input undervoltage locking, cycle current limiting, and intermittent short circuit protection.

The LMR33620APQ1 comes in a 12-pin 3mm × 2mm new VQFN package with wettable sides.
