Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. new and original sale ADI ADL5304ACPZ is a high-speed logarithmic converter with fast response and low noise over the entire 200 dB (1 pA to 10 mA) measurement range.


Overview

The ADL5304ACPZ has a logarithmic slope of 10 mV/dB (200 mV/decade) nominal; other values are easily configured. The logarithmic intercept can be programmed over a wide range with an internal 100 nA current source, or externally for log-ratio applications.The default intercept of 3.162 fA sets the midpoint of the 100 nA measurement range at VLOG = 1.5 V. The logarithmic intercept is set at the midpoint of the 100 nA measurement range, and the logarithmic slope is set at the midpoint of the 100 nA measurement range.


Only a single 5 V positive supply is required to operate over the rated 1 pA to 3 mA input range. A dual supply extends the rated input current range to 10 mA.
