The TMS5700714APGEQQ1R device is part of the Hercules TMS570 family of high-performance automotive-grade ARM® Cortex®-R-based MCUs. The device comes with complete documentation, tools, and software to assist in the development of ISO26262 and IEC61508 functional safety applications.
The TMS5700714APGEQQ1R device integrates an ARM Cortex-R4F floating-point CPU that delivers a highly efficient 1.66 DMIPS/MHz and is configured to run up to 160 MHz, providing instruction execution speeds of up to 265 DMIPS. The TMS570 device supports word-invariant big-end [BE32] format. format.
The TMS5700714APGEQQ1R device has a 768KB integrated Flash memory and 128KB RAM configuration with single-bit error correction and double-bit error detection. The Flash memory on this device is electrically erasable and programmable non-volatile memory via a 64-bit wide data bus interface. The Flash memory uses a 3.3V power input (same level as the I/O power supply) for all read, program, and erase operations.The SRAM supports single-cycle read and write accesses in byte, half-word, word, and double-word modes over the entire supported frequency range.
