Product Overview:

The MachXO2 programmable logic Device (PLD) consists of six ultra-low-power, instant-pass, non-volatile PLDS that provide a density of 256 to 6864 lookup tables (LUTs). Compared to the MachXO PLD series, the MachXO2 series offers 3 times the logic density, 10 times the embedded memory, and up to 30 percent less cost, its static power is reduced by more than 100 times, and standby power can be as low as 19uW.

The MachXO2 device is designed using a 65nm non-volatile low-power process and is available in ultra-low power (ZE) and high performance (HC and HE) versions. The MachXO2 ZE device has a 256 to 7K lookup table, a nominal operating supply voltage of 1.2V, and supports system performance up to 60MHz. It offers power consumption as low as 19uW and is optimized for cost-sensitive, low-power consumer applications such as smart phones, GPS and PDAs. MachXO2 HC devices feature 256 to 7K lookup tables, operating supply voltage nominal values of 3.3V or 2.5V, and support system performance up to 150MHz. With up to 335 user IO and powerful design solutions (instantaneous power-on, non-volatile, input hysteresis and single chip), it is ideal for telecommunications infrastructure, computing, industrial and medical devices. The MachXO2 HE device has a 2K to 7K lookup table, a nominal operating supply voltage of 1.2V, and supports system performance up to 150MHz for power-sensitive system applications.
