Description

The S4MF03107SPZQQ1 device is part of Texas Instruments' (TI) TMS470M family of automotive-grade 16/32-bit Reduced Instruction Set Computer (RISC) microcontrollers. The TMS470M microcontrollers deliver high performance with a highly efficient Cortex™-M3 16-/32-bit RISC central processing unit (CPU), which enables high instruction throughput and maintains improved code efficiency. The TMS470M devices utilise a big-endian byte-order format where the most significant byte of a word is stored in the least significant byte and the least significant byte is stored in the most significant byte.

High-end embedded control applications require their controllers to deliver more performance and keep costs low. The TMS470M microcontroller architecture provides a solution to these performance and cost requirements while maintaining low power consumption.
