Description:The IRS2110SPBF is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver from Infineon Technologies. It can drive both high and low side switches in half or full bridge configurations and is therefore suitable for applications such as motor drives, inverters and power supplies.

High-voltage operation:
Withstands high voltage side voltages up to 600V, making it suitable for high power applications.
High-speed switching:
Designed for fast switching applications with propagation delays as low as 120 ns.
Integrated bootstrap diode:
Includes a bootstrap diode for high-side gate drive, simplifying circuit design and reducing component count.
Output Current Capability:
Outputs/absorbs 2A peak current to efficiently drive large MOSFETs or IGBTs.
Undervoltage lockout (UVLO):
Prevents low-voltage conditions by disabling the output when the supply voltage is too low.
