The MC33MR2001R2VKR2 is a high-performance, highly integrated three-channel receiver (RX) ideal for automotive radar applications. It works with the four-channel VCO MR2001V and the two-channel transmitter MR2001T to provide a scalable three-package solution for automotive radar modules.

The NXP MR2001 is a scalable three-package solution for automotive radar modules. The chipset consists of a four-channel VCO(voltage controlled oscillator), a two-channel Tx transmitter, and a three-channel Rx receiver.

• Expandable to 4 TX channels and 12 RX channels

• Advanced packaging technology

• High performance supports fast modulation of synchronous active channels

• Excellent spatial resolution and detection accuracy

• 38 GHz local oscillator to reduce distribution losses and reduce impact on antenna pattern

• Optimum phase noise < -75 dBc/Hz (at 100 kHz offset)

• Low power consumption for the entire transceiver is 2.5W

• Integrated system-level calibration when used with the Qorivva MPC577xK MCU

• Compatible with all leading MCUS

• Optimized for NXP Qorivva MPC577xK MCUS

Scalable methods to support SRR, MRR, and LRR applications

• Reduced number of external components due to higher integration

Baseband integration on the receiver for use with the MPC577xK Qorivva MCU

• Biphase modulator on transmitter chip
