Description
The TMS320F28030PAGQ is a C2000™ 32-bit microcontroller optimised for processing, sensing and driving to improve closed-loop performance in real-time control applications such as industrial motor drives, photovoltaic inverters and digital power supplies, electric vehicles and transportation, motor control, as well as sensing and signal processing.The C2000 family consists of an advanced performance MCU and an entry-level performance MCU.
The F2803x family of microcontrollers combines the performance of the C28x core and Control Law Accelerator (CLA) with highly integrated control peripherals in a low pin count device. The code of this family is compatible with older C28x-based code, while providing a high level of analogue integration.
The internal voltage regulator enables single-supply-rail operation, and the HRPWM module has been enhanced to enable dual-edge control (FM). An analogue comparator with a 10-bit internal reference has been added for direct routing to control the PWM outputs, and the ADC converts over the full scale range from 0V to 3.3V and supports proportional arithmetic with the VREFHI/VREFLO reference. the ADC interface has been optimised for low overhead and latency.

Two internal zero-pin oscillators.
On-chip crystal and external clock input.
Watchdog timer module, clock loss detection circuit.
Three 32-bit CPU timers.
Independent 16-bit timers in each enhanced pulse width modulator (ePWM).
GPIOs and interrupts:
Up to 45 programmable, multiplexed GPIO pins with input filtering.
Peripheral Interrupt Extension (PIE) block to support all peripheral interrupts.

32KB FLASH, 12KB SARAM.
OTP, Boot ROM.
Code Security Module:
128-bit security key and lock to protect secure memory blocks.
Prevents reverse engineering of firmware.

One Serial Communications Interface (SCI) Universal Asynchronous Transceiver (UART) module.
