Offers the STM32U595RJT6 ultra-low-power microcontroller, based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 32-bit RISC core, operating at up to 160MHz, with up to 2 million bytes of Flash memory and 786 kilobytes of SRAM.

3.XMC™ Series MCUs:

Supply XMC™-SC wireless power controllers, such as XMC6521SCQ040X, with 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 CPU core, maths co-processor, SRAM (with parity), Flash (with ECC), etc. for commercial and industrial applications.

4.AURIX™ Series MCUs:

Distribution of Infineon's AURIX™ family of microcontrollers, such as the SAK-TC397XX-256F300S BD, a second generation AURIX microcontroller with embedded Flash 40 nm technology, offering 6 TriCore™ cores running at 300 MHz, embedded RAM up to 6.9 MBytes, and less than 2 W power consumption.

Also available is the SAK-TC387QP-160F300S AE, part of the AURIX™ TC38xQP family, which offers features such as 4 TriCore™ running at 300 MHz, 10 MB Flash/ECC protection, and 1568 KB SRAM/ECC protection.
