Description:

The ADG1421BCPZ is a built-in single pole single throw (SPST) switch with two independent switches. The switch is switched on when the relevant control input is logic 1. When switched on, the electrical conductivity of each switch is the same in both directions, and the input signal range can be extended to the supply voltage range. In the disconnected condition, a signal level equal to the supply voltage is blocked.

Through this process, high performance analog ics operating at 33V high voltage can be developed, with a volume performance ratio that is not possible with other high voltage devices.
