Product Overview:

The TPS4H160AQPWPRQ1 device is a four-channel intelligent high-side switch that integrates four 160mΩ N metal oxide semiconductor (NMOS) power field effect transistors (Fets) and is fully protected. The device has rich diagnostic functions and high-precision electric fluid-measuring functions, and can implement intelligent control of load.

The TPS4H160AQPWPRQ1 device adjusts current limits externally to limit surge or overload current, thereby increasing overall system reliability.
