The SPC560B54L3C6E0X is a 32-bit microcontroller IC for automotive body and gateway applications, operating at up to 64MHz.

The SPC56 series PowerArchitecture32-bit automotive microcontrollers offer scalable performance through single-core and multi-core options with a non-volatile memory density of 256KB to 4MB. The MCU has a variety of external interfaces and supports popular automotive connectivity standards such as LINFlex, FlexCAN, and FlexRay, while also including 10 - and 12-bit resolution ADCs and multiple DSPI serial peripheral interfaces.

The SPC56 series includes General Motors microcontrollers tailored for body and gateway applications, offering a wealth of connectivity options including I2C, fast Ethernet, flexible ADC channels with watchdog and timer (eTPU, eMIOS). SPC56 Performance MCUS are targeted at powertrain and chassis safety areas, such as airbag control, to deliver higher performance with multi-core options. For applications where safety is critical, designers can choose from devices that support ASIL-D functional safety. Built-in safety features include memory error correction code (ECC) protection, fault collection and control unit (FCCU), and chip fail-safe mode.
