Product Description

The TLE4971A025N5UE0001XUMA1 is suitable for applications such as on-board chargers (OBCs), auxiliary drivers and automotive ground fault detection. The extended temperature range to 125°C also broadens the use cases, such as industrial general purpose and servo drives, robotics, fast chargers and photovoltaic inverters. In addition, at load volumes of up to 120 A, customers can save the effort and cost of managing the user's system temperature due to the excellent thermal performance of the TISON package. The sensor features a stray field robust design with differential magnetic field measurement, enabling accurate in-phase measurements even in harsh environments.
