Product Introduction:

The TLI4971 is a high-precision current sensor for AC and DC measurements. The device has an analog interface and two fast overcurrent detection outputs. These devices support protection of the power supply circuit. Current isolation is provided due to the principle of magnetic field sensing. Infineon's monolithic Hall technology enables accurate, highly linear current measurement up to 120A at full scale. Infineon's open-loop, sensorless approach is, in principle, free of the common negative effects of saturation and hysteresis that are common in kernel-based sensor technologies. The intelligent current guide design (double U-shape) combined with differential signal detection enables the current sensor to reliably withstand stray fields.
