Product Introduction:

The ADS9813RSHR device is an eight-channel, 18-bit, 2MSPS/ channel, synchronous sampling ADC with an integrated analog front end. Each channel of the ADS9813 has a full analog front end (AFE) with input clamping. The device also features 1mω input impedance and a programmable gain amplifier (PGA), with bandwidth options selected by the user. The high input impedance allows direct connection to sensors and transformers, thus eliminating the need for an external drive circuit. Configure the ADS9813 to accept 12V, 10V, 7V, 5V, 3.5V, and 2.5V bipolar inputs with a maximum 12V input common mode voltage.


A digital interface that supports operating voltages from 1.2V to 1.8V allows the ADS9813 to be used without an external voltage level converter.
