The VNQ500PEPTR-E is a monolithic device designed with ST Semiconductor's VIPower M0-3 technology for driving one end of any load band connected to ground. Active current limiting coupled with locking thermal shut-off prevents equipment overload.

In the case of excessive temperature in one channel, the relative I/O pin is pulled down. Device case ground automatic shutdown pin disconnects.
