The TPS54360BQDDAQ1 is a 60V input, 3.5A step-down DC/DC converter with an integrated high-side MOSFET. The device offers adjustable switching frequencies of 100kHz to 2.5MHz and can withstand throw load pulses up to 65V, in compliance with ISO 7637 standards. All of these devices provide high efficiency under light load in pulse-jump Eco mode.
