AM6232ATCGGAALW Device Description:

The AM62x Sitara ™ low cost MPU is designed for Linux® application development with scalable Arm® Cortex® -A53 processor performance and embedded functionality. These devices include dual display support and 3D graphics acceleration, as well as an extensive set of peripherals, making the AM62x ideally suited to a wide range of industrial and automotive applications, while also offering intelligent features and an optimised power architecture.

The 3-port Gigabit Ethernet switch has one internal and two external ports and supports Time Sensitive Networking (TSN). An additional PRU module on the device provides real-time I/O functionality for the customer's own use cases. In addition, the AM62x contains a large number of peripherals for system level connectivity such as MMC/SD, USB, OSPI, camera interface, CAN-FD and GPMC for parallel connection of the host interface to an external ASIC/FPGA. the AM62x device also enables IP protection with built-in hardware security module (HSM) support for secure boot. It provides advanced power management support for portable and power-sensitive applications.
