The ultra-low density MachXO3™ Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) family, the world's smallest and lowest cost-per-I /O programmable platform, is designed to expand system capabilities and bridge emerging interconnect interfaces using parallel and serial I/O. Combined with advanced small-size packaging and on-chip resources, the MachXO3 family makes it easy for system architects to implement emerging interconnect interface designs such as MIPI, PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet, and more to achieve cost-effective innovation.

The MachXO3 FPGA family provides customers with a programmable bridging solution that enables them to build differentiated systems with the latest component and interface standards. With advanced packaging technology that eliminates bond wire and achieves the lowest cost and higher I/O density in a small package, the MachXO3 series can be used in all market segments, including consumer electronics, communications, computing, storage, industrial and automotive.
