TPS767D301QPWPRQ1 Product Description:

The TPS767D3xx series dual voltage regulators provide fast transient response, low dropout voltage and dual outputs in a compact package combined with the stability of a 10µF low ESR output capacitor.

The TPS767D3xx family of dual voltage regulators are designed primarily for DSP applications. These devices can be used in any mixed output voltage application and each regulator supports up to 1 A of current. Dual active low reset signals allow separate resets to the core logic and I/Os.

The TPS767D3xx is available in fixed voltage versions of 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V as well as adjustable versions (programmable from 1.5V to 5.5V). Output voltage tolerances are specified at a maximum of 2% over the line, load and temperature range.

The TPS767D3xx series are available in a 28-pin PWP TSSOP package. They have an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
