Device Description:

The ADUM3201BRZ isolators provide two independent isolated channels supporting multiple channel configurations and data rates up to 25 Mbps. they can operate from either 3.3V or 5V supply voltages, are compatible with low voltage systems, and are capable of voltage conversion functions across isolation barriers. the ADUM3201BRZ digital isolators are ideally suited for space-constrained multi-channel isolation, SPI interface/data converter isolation, RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 transceiver isolation, digital fieldbus isolation and hybrid electric vehicles.

With fast propagation delays and tight timing deviations, the ACPL-K34T-560E is the ideal design for driving power MOSFETs used in AC-DC and DC-DC converters. The high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the required drive voltage for the gated devices. The voltage and high peak output current provided by this optocoupler makes it ideal for directly driving power MOSFETs at high frequencies for high efficiency conversion. the Avago R2 coupler isolation products offer enhanced insulation and reliability, providing critical safety signal isolation in automotive and high temperature industrial applications.
