The STM32F765BIT6 device is based on a high-performance Arm®Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC kernel and operates at frequencies up to 216 MHz. The Cortex®-M7 core features a floating-point unit (FPU) that supports Arm® double and single precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a complete set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to improve the security of applications.
The device features high-speed embedded memory with up to 2 mb of flash memory, 512 kb of SRAM(including 128 kb of data TCM RAM for critical real-time data), 16 kb of instruction TCM RAM for critical real-time routines, 4 kb of backup SRAM for minimum power mode, And a wide range of enhanced I/ o and peripherals connected to two APB buses and two AHB buses. A 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix and a multi-layer AXI interconnect that supports internal and external memory access.
Three 12-bit ADCs, two DCS, one low-power RTC, 12 general-purpose 16-bit timers (including two PWM timers for motor control), two general-purpose 32-bit timers, and a true random number generator (RNG) are provided. They also have standard and advanced communication interfaces:
- Up to four I2Cs
- Six SPIs, three I2Ss in half-duplex mode. To achieve audio class accuracy, the I2S peripherals can be clocked via a dedicated internal audio PLL or via an external clock to allow synchronization.
