AMC3336QDWERQ1 Device Overview:

AMC3336-Q1 is a sophisticated, isolated Delta Sigma modulator optimized for high impedance AC voltage measurement. The fully integrated isolated DC/DC converter allows single-power operation from the lower side of the device, making the device a unique solution for space-constrained applications. The enhanced capacitance isolation barrier is VDE V 0884-11 and UL1577 certified to support operating voltages up to 1.2 kVRMS.

Isolation barriers separate parts of the system that operate at different common-mode voltage levels and protect the low-voltage side from dangerous voltages and damage.

The AMC3336-Q1 input is optimized for direct connection to a resistance network or other high-impedance voltage signal source. Excellent DC accuracy and low temperature drift support accurate voltage measurements in the extended industrial temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.

By extracting bitstreams using digital filters such as sinc3 filters, the device can achieve 16-bit resolution at 78 kSPS data rates with a dynamic range of 85 dB.
