TPS7B7701QPWPRQ1 Product Description:

The TPS7B7701-Q1 series devices use single channel and dual channel high voltage low voltage differential voltage regulators (LDO) with current detection function, suitable for working in a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 40V (45V load drop protection). These devices power the low noise amplifier of the active antenna through a coaxial cable with a current of 300mA per channel. Each channel can also provide adjustable output voltages of 1.5V to 20V.

- Device temperature level 1: - Environmental operating temperature range from 40 ° C to 125 ° C

- Device Body Discharge Mode (HBM) Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Classification Level 2

• Device Component Charging Mode (CDM) ESD Classification Level C4B

• Single channel and dual channel low voltage drop regulators (LDO) with current detection and adjustable current limiting function

• Wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 40V, 45V load drop protection

• Enter power switch mode when FB is connected to GND

• Adjustable output voltage from 1.5V to 20V

• Output current of up to 300mA per channel

• Adjustable current limiting function can be achieved through external resistors

• High precision current detection function, which can detect antenna open circuit conditions at low current without further calibration

• High power rejection ratio: typical value at 100Hz is 73dB

• Integrated reverse polarity protection, as low as -40V, without the need for external diodes

• When the load current is 100mA, the maximum voltage drop is 500mV

• Stable when used with output capacitors in the range of 2.2 µ F to 100 µ F (ESR of 1m Ω to 5 Ω)

• Integrated protection and diagnostic functions

- Thermal shutdown

- Under voltage lockout (UVLO)

- Short circuit protection

- Reverse battery polarity protection

- Reverse current protection

- Output battery short circuit protection

- Output end inductive load clamping

- Multiplexing of current detection functions between multiple channels/devices

- Ability to distinguish all faults through current detection function
