DRV5033AJQDBZRQ1 device introduction:

TI DRV5033 Digital All-pole switched Hall Effect sensor is a chopper stabilized Hall effect sensor that provides a magnetic field sensing solution with excellent sensitivity, stability and integrated protection over the feasible temperature range. DRV5033 responds equally to both polarity of the magnetic field direction. When the applied flux density exceeds the BOP threshold, the DRV5033 open leakage output decreases. The output is kept at low resistance until the field drops below BRP, and then the output is at high resistance. The output current filling capacity is 30mA. The wide operating voltage range (2.5V to 38V) with reverse polarity protection up to -22V makes this device suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. It provides internal protection against adverse power supply conditions, load dumping, output short circuit or over current.
