Product Overview:
UCC21755-Q1 Automotive grid drivers are designed for SiC MosFETs and IGBTs up to 2121Vpk. UCC21755-Q1 has advanced protection features, best-in-class dynamic performance, and robustness. The device also has up to ±10A peak pull current and perfusion current. The input side is isolated from the output side, using SiO2 capacitive isolation technology, supporting up to 1.5kVRMS operating voltage, 12.8kVPK surge immunity (isolation grid life over 40 years) and low part to part offset and >150V/ns common mode noise suppression (CMTI).
The UCC21755-Q1 device features advanced protection features including fast overcurrent and short circuit detection, shitter current detection support, fault reporting, active Miller clamp, and input and output side power UVLO to optimize SiC and IGBT switching behavior.
