The Sony ALT1250TG is a highly integrated dual-mode LTE CAT-M and NB-IoT modem with 2G fallback capability, specifically designed for cellular IoT applications. This chipset offers low power consumption, compact dimensions, high security, and rich connectivity interfaces, making it suitable for diverse IoT devices such as wearables, trackers, and smart meters.

Ultra-compact design: The small chipset size enables 10x10mm micro-modules, suitable for space-constrained devices.

High security level: Hardware-based security framework and integrated SIM (iSIM) meet top-tier security standards.

High Integration: Integrates an LTE baseband processor, RFIC, PMU, memory, power amplifier, filters, and antenna switch, alongside a GNSS and cellular positioning engine and MCU subsystem for customer application development.
