The module uses trench-field cutoff IGBTs3 in a three-phase, six-bank configuration with matched emitter-controlled diodes. The FS400R07A1E3S7 is based on Infineon's long experience in the development of IGBT power modules as well as in-depth research into novel material combinations and assemblies.HybridPACKTM 1 is suitable for air or liquid cooling. Copper substrates with high-performance ceramic substrates and Infineon's high-performance ceramic substrates and Infineon's enhanced wire bonding process provide unrivalled thermal cycling and power cycling capabilities and the highest reliability.
