The ATSAME54P19A-AU is a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F microcontroller from Microchip. It uses a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M4F CPU with floating point Unit (FPU). It is equipped with 512KB dual-panel flash memory (with ECC) and 192KB SRAM (with ECC).

The ATSAME54P19A-AU features a variety of connection interfaces, powerful performance and robust hardware-level security, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
