AB5656A is a high-performance Bluetooth 6.0 chip designed specifically for audio devices such as open-ear headphones.

High-performance processor: Built-in 32-bit RISC-V processor with a clock speed of up to 125MHz, featuring a DSP instruction set for efficient processing of complex audio algorithms and tasks.

Large Storage Capacity: Integrated with 2Mbit program storage flash memory and 113KB internal RAM to meet the storage requirements of various audio applications.

Flexible GPIO Configuration: Features flexible GPIO pins supporting programmable pull-up and pull-down resistors, configurable for wake-up or interrupt functions to accommodate different hardware design needs.

Bluetooth 6.0 technology: Supports the Bluetooth 6.0 protocol (QDID: Q342943), offering higher data rates, lower latency, and stronger connection stability. Maximum transmit power reaches +9dBm, with receive sensitivity of -90.5dBm at the base rate and -94dBm in EDR mode, ensuring stable and reliable wireless connectivity.

Rich audio interfaces: Integrated 16-bit mono DAC and 16-bit mono ADC, supporting flexible audio equalisation adjustments. Supports multiple sampling rates, including 8, 11.025, 12, 16, 22.05, 32, 44.1, and 48 kHz. Features a high-performance mono audio ADC (94dB SNR) and DAC (102dB SNR), along with a headphone amplifier output, delivering clear, high-fidelity audio quality.

Package and operating temperature: Uses a QFN20 3×3 package, compact in size, making it easy to integrate into compact devices. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C; storage temperature range: -65°C to +150°C, suitable for various environmental conditions.
