The Bluetrum BT8951D is a high-performance Bluetooth audio chip featuring a high-performance 32-bit RISC-V processor core and a HIFI 4 DSP. The RISC-V core includes a floating-point unit, supporting floating-point operations, with a maximum speed of 125MHz, while the HIFI 4 DSP operates at a maximum speed of 270MHz. It features built-in 16Mbit flash memory and 892KB RAM, along with flexible GPIO pins with programmable pull-up and pull-down resistors, supporting GPIO wake-up or interrupt functionality. Compliant with Bluetooth 6.0 and BLE specifications, supporting LE audio BIS/CIS. The typical TX output power is +9dBm, and the RX sensitivity is -94.5dBm@EDR, -95.5dBm@1M BLE, and -93dBm@2M BLE. Audio codec with a 24-bit stereo DAC and 24-bit ADC, supporting flexible audio equaliser adjustment, with three-channel MIC amplifier input, integrated buck converter and lithium-ion battery charging functionality, packaged in a QFN40 4x6 package, operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and storage temperature range of -65°C to +150°C. .
