The L99DZ100GPTR is a gate zone system integrated circuit that provides an electronic control module with enhanced power management features, including various standby modes and LIN and HS CAN physical communication layers.

The L99DZ100GPTR device's two low dropout regulators power external peripheral loads such as system microcontrollers and sensors, and provide enhanced system standby functionality with programmable local and remote wake-up features. In addition, eight high-side drivers for LEDs and two high-side drivers for lamps increase the level of system integration.

The H-bridge configuration can drive up to 5 DC motors and 4 external MOS transistors. An additional gate driver controls an external MOSFET in the high-side configuration to power resistive loads connected to GND, such as mirror heaters. Electrochromic mirror glass can be controlled using the integrated SPI driver module and external MOS transistors. All outputs are SC-protected and feature open-load diagnostics.
