The ATSAMS70Q21A-AN is a flash microcontroller based on a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M7 processor (with a floating-point unit (FPU)). This device operates at a frequency as high as 300MHz, featuring up to 2MB of flash memory and up to 384KB of multi-port SRAM. On-chip SRAM can be configured as tightly coupled memory (TCM) or system memory. The minimum access latency can be ensured through multi-port access to SRAM.
