Product Description

S9S08DZ60F2CLF is an 8-bit automotive grade microcontroller (MCU) from NXP, belonging to the S08D series, based on the HCS08 core, with a main frequency of 40MHz.The chip is packaged in a 48-LQFP package (7×7mm), with an integrated 60KB of Flash and 4KB of RAM, and supports a variety of communication interfaces, such as CAN, LIN, SCI and SPI. It complies with AEC-Q100 automotive specification and is suitable for automotive electronics and industrial control applications.
