Product Description

The MIMXRT1166DVM6A is a new high-end processor in the i.MX RT family, featuring NXP's advanced high-performance Arm Cortex®-M7 core, which operates at up to 600 MHz, and the energy-efficient Cortex®-M4 core, which operates at up to 240 MHz.


The MIMXRT1166DVM6A processor has a total of 1 MB of on-chip RAM, including 768 KB of RAM, which can be flexibly configured as either TCM (512 KB of RAM shared with the M7 TCM and 256 KB of RAM shared with the M4 TCM) or as general-purpose on-chip RAM. i.MX RT1160 integrates an advanced power management module with a DCDC and an LDO regulator. The i.MX RT1160 also offers a variety of memory interfaces including SDRAM, RAW NAND FLASH, NOR FLASH, SD/eMMC, Quad/Octal SPI, Hyper RAM/Flash, as well as connectivity to WLAN, Bluetooth™, GPS, display and camera sensors, and more, GPS, display and camera sensors, and a variety of other interfaces for connecting peripherals such as WLAN, Bluetooth™, GPS, display and camera sensors. i.MX RT1160 also features a rich set of audio and video capabilities, including MIPI CSI/DSI, LCD display, graphics accelerator, camera interface, SPDIF and I2S audio interfaces.
