Product Description

The MIMXRT106SCVL5B is a new processor featuring NXP's advanced Arm Cortex®-M7 core running at speeds up to 528 MHz, providing high CPU performance and optimal real-time response.


The MIMXRT106SCVL5B processor features 1 MB of on-chip RAM, of which 512 KB can be flexibly configured as TCM or general-purpose on-chip RAM, and an additional 512 KB of general-purpose on-chip RAM. i.MX RT1060 integrates an advanced power management module with a DCDC and an LDO, which reduces the complexity of the external power supply and simplifies the sequencing of power supplies. i.MX RT1060 also offers a variety of memory interfaces. The RT1060 also offers a variety of memory interfaces including SDRAM, RAW NAND FLASH, NOR FLASH, SD/eMMC, Quad SPI, and a variety of other interfaces for connecting peripherals such as WLAN, Bluetooth™, GPS, displays, camera sensors, etc. The i.MX RT1060 is rich in audio and video features including an LCD display, a basic video display, and an audio/visual display. The i.MX RT1060 has a rich set of audio and video features including an LCD display, basic 2D graphics, camera interface, SPDIF and I2S audio interfaces. i.MX RT1060 has analogue interfaces such as ADC, ACMP and TSC.
