The AM5K2E02ABD4 is a high-performance device based on the TI KeyStone II multi-core SoC architecture, integrating theperformance-optimised Cortex-A15 processor dual-core or quad-core CorePac with core speeds up to 1.4 GHz. The ARM CorePac， for example, can run at core speeds up to 1.4 GHz. For example, ARM CorePac (Cortex-A15 processor quad-coreCorePac), network processing, and use of a queue-based communication system enables the device to operate anywhere in thecentre of the network.

The AM5K2E02ABD4 device integrates a large amount of on-chip memory. the AM5K2E02ABD4 processor cores each have 32KB of L1 data cache and 32KB of L1 instruction cache. up to four Cortex A15 cores share the same L1 instruction cache in the ARMCorePar.Up to four Cortex A15 cores in ARM CorePar share 4MB of L2 cache. The device also incorporates 2MB of shared multicore internal (MSMC memory) that can be used as shared L3 SRAM. all L2 and MSMC memories have integrated error detection and correction.
