The CYT3BBBCEBQ1BZEGS is an Arm® Cortex® -M7-based automotive microcontroller belonging to the CYT3BBB family equipped with 4 MB flash memory for high performance. The family features a best-in-class dedicated standby mode controller with its own voltage domain that not only supports low-power mode, but also performs certain operations while the rest of the microcontroller is in standby, such as analog measurement, CAN and LIN communication, RTC, and basic processing.

TRAVEO™ T2G devices are manufactured using an advanced 40nm process, they are ideal for body control modules, HVAC, lighting, and safety via HSM, Arm® Cortex®-M0+ and dual bank flash memory for FOTA.
