The M2GL050T-1FCS325I is an IGLOO2 FPGA device with low power consumption, high reliability and advanced security measures. The family of devices is equipped with a high-performance memory subsystem, up to 512 KB of embedded flash memory, 2 x 32 KB of embedded SRAM, two direct memory access (DMA) engines, and two double data rate (DDR) memory controllers.

Architecture highlights include:

PCIe Gen 2, XAUI/XGXS+, universal ePCS mode has a maximum speed of 3.2G

• Up to 150K LE, 5 Mb SRAM and 4 Mb eNVM
