The nRF52820-CFAA-D-R7 is a System-on-Chip (SoC) offering USB and advanced wireless connectivity in a small package for human interface devices, smart home, commercial and industrial applications.

The NRF52820-CFAA-D-R7 is powered by an Arm Cortex-M4 processor at 64 MHz. it has 256 KB Flash and 32 KB RAM, as well as a range of analogue and digital interfaces such as analogue comparator, UART, SPI, TWI, QDEC and finally the all-important USB interface. nRF52820 accepts 1.7- The 2.4 GHz multi-protocol wireless communication is fully functional and provides up to 8 dBm output power. nRF52820 supports all low-power supplies, such as rechargeable batteries or USB.

The NRF52820-CFAA-D-R70 supports all low power Bluetooth features including direction finding, high throughput at 2 Mbps, long range and all Bluetooth 5.2 features. It also supports Bluetooth Mesh, Thread and Zigbee Mesh protocols.
