The ATMXT144UD-AMBRSPIVAO is the smallest automotive-grade touchscreen controller in a VQFN-56 package with wettable flanks for smart surfaces and multifunction displays up to 4.3 inches.The ATMXT144UD-AMBRSPIVAO utilizes a new Wake-on-Touch low-power mode, which enables the system to enter a wait-for-touch mode with a power consumption of less than 50uA and the ability to wake up when a touch event occurs anywhere on the touch surface.
