The FPAB30BH60 is a PFC SPM 3 module that provides a full featured, high performance step-up PFC (power factor correction) input power stage for consumer, medical and industrial applications. These modules integrate an optimised gate drive with built-in IGBTs to minimise EMI and losses, and also offer a variety of on-module protection features including undervoltage lockout, overcurrent shutdown, thermal monitoring and fault reporting. These modules also feature full wave rectifiers and high performance output diodes for additional space saving and ease of installation.
