Heat dissipation improvement

SK hynix's HBM2E has a 36 percent improvement in heat dissipation performance over HBM2, reducing the average heat dissipation temperature by 14 degrees Celsius under the same operating conditions.

Compared to DDR5's 2.4GB/s bandwidth and GDDR6's 64GB/s bandwidth, HBM2E offers up to nine times better performance and can process 460GB of data per second. Compared to HBM2's 8GB core chip density, HBM2E achieves a 16GB solution by combining eight 16GB DRAM chips, doubling the density of the previous generation HBM2.
