ACNT-H511C-000E is a high CTI optocoupler that can meet a wider range of creepage values for a higher working voltage or rated insulation voltage. ACNT-H511C is a single-channel open collector optocoupler device in 15-mm stretched SO8 package. The device is equipped with an insulating layer between the light-emitting diode and integrated photon detector to provide electrical insulation between the input and output.
