ACPL-K49CT-500E is a single-channel, high temperature, high-CMR, 20kBd digital automotive optocoupler, configurable as a low-power, low-leakage phototransistor, specifically for use in automotive applications. The stretched SO-8 package outline meeting 8mm creepage and clearance requirements, is designed to be compatible with standard surface mount process.
