The ACPL-K43U-060E is a high-speed, single-channel, 1MB transistor optocoupler with enhanced features to meet the extended temperature operating requirements of industrial applications. This diode-transistor optocoupler has a new AlGaAsP built in to improve LED reliability and service life while reducing output drive current.
