The ACNU-4804-000E is a high-speed optocoupler with built-in AlGaAs LED and photodetector that provides logically-compatible waveforms without additional waveform shaping. The totem pole output does not require a pull-up resistor and can be used directly as a smart power module or as a gate driver. The minimal difference in propagation delay between devices makes these high-CMR smart power module optocouplers an excellent solution for increasing inverter efficiency by reducing switching dead time.
