MCIMX6X2AVN08AC - The i.MX 6SoloX processor includes a GPU processor capable of supporting 2D and 3D operations, a wide range of display and connectivity options, and integrated power management. Each processor provides a 32-bit DDR3/DDR3L/LPDDR2-800 memory interface and a number of other interfaces for connecting peripherals, such as WLAN, Bluetooth™, GPS, displays, and camera sensors.
The i.MX 6SoloX processors integrate advanced power management unit and controllers:
• Provide PMU, including LDO supplies, for on-chip resources
• Use Temperature Sensor for monitoring the die temperature
• Support DVFS techniques for low power modes
• Use software state retention and power gating for Arm Cortex-A9 CPU core, the Arm Cortex-M4 CPU core, and the Arm NEON MPE coprocessor.
• Support various levels of system power modes
• Use flexible clock gating control scheme
